A great experience! We initially came here when they first opened and they were still getting set up so had a limited food menu. We came this time and it was even better! They have a full beer list and wine/cocktails now. They have a full food menu with daily and weekly specials too...
Came in the afternoon and the bartender and server, Gerard, was so wonderful. He was attentive, professional, so knowledgeable about the menu, and all alcohol in general. Their cocktail sounded okay, and I mentioned I like spicy drinks, so he even muddled some jalapeños he found in the back and made the drink so much yummier...
I sampled two beers from their menu..the IPA and the collaboration beer with Planted Flag Brewery called Schnitz Ale ..a Weizenbock. The IPA is definitely a West Coast IPA..very fruity and piney with a good hop balance. For dinner, I opted for the Sausage Platter..two sausages with noodles and cabbage along with a side of fries...
Been here twice now and very much enjoyed both visits. Service has been great, the beer is excellent and the food has been the best part of it all! Highly recommend, favorite spot in Parma!
